Shipping policy

After receiving your order confirmation email, all orders will be shipped the same day if you place your order before 1 PM EST (excluding weekends and holidays). If you place your order after 1 PM, or on a weekend or holiday, it will be shipped on the next business day. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.


Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

We offer same day free shipping in your orders at our website to contiguous US! This excludes Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico. The item Florida Special, does not include shipping, you must pay shipping or you can pick it up with no extra fees.

In-store pickup

You can come to pick it up at Fremover’s Store, Miami, FL. After placing your order and selecting store pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up at the moment. We will send you an email when your order is prepared along with instructions.


Our in-store pickup hours are from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm from Monday to Friday. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.

International Shipping

We offer international shipping in filaments +200 pcs. You can ask for a quote, products, and shipment by email to sales@fremover.net

*Customer is responsible for paying duties on their orders.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us, including a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.


If you haven’t received your order within 5 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at support@fremover.net with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
