Order Processing
Once your order has been placed, you will receive a confirmation email. Orders submitted before 1:00 PM EST (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays) will be shipped the same day. Orders placed after 1:00 PM, or on weekends or public holidays, will be shipped on the next business day. You will receive a separate email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
Domestic Shipping (U.S.)
We offer free same-day shipping for all orders placed on our website and delivered to the contiguous United States. This excludes Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico.
Items marked as "Factory Pick Up" do not include shipping. You may choose to pay for shipping or collect them in person at no additional charge.
International Shipping
We offer international shipping for filament orders of 200+ units. For quotes, availability, and shipping arrangements, please contact us at sales@fremover.net.
Note: The customer is responsible for any duties and customs fees associated with international orders.
Tracking and Order Status
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to update.
If you do not receive your order within 5 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation, please contact us at sales@fremover.net with your name and order number, and we will assist you promptly.
